Get it out

What are you doing to release the tension in your body? If you have a problem that requires you to look at this website, then I’m going to guess that you have tension. We all have tension: how do you manage it? Do you exercise? Smoke? Play music? Drink alcohol? Swim? Take prescriptions? Go to exercise class? Do pottery? Dance? Go out with friends? What is your release? I have heard a lot of people tell me the ways in which they release their energy. I have heard all types of methods. Like my other commentaries, I am not innocent when it comes to living a perfectly healthy lifestyle with perfect ways to release tension. The idea though is to be conscious of how to live healthier and not beat yourself up when you don’t. After all, if you have kids, then maybe you are motivated to try to live a little healthier to stick around to see how your lineage develops over time. And, regardless of those kids, there is life after divorce.

I like the initial picture of individuals lifting weights because I like the idea of building strength, both physically and emotionally. Big life events, like getting married, having children, death, getting divorced, these all have an effect on individuals. Doing what you can to be strong can only help your body and your brain. Running I hear releases endorphins. Walking can clear your brain. Doing spin classes with a group of people can lift your spirits while making you sweat like crazy. Yoga of course teaches invaluable lessons for your brain and body. Massages, too, are another healthy way to release tension. These releases seem like healthy outlets. Of course obsessing over anything generally is never good for you but we all get caught. The idea though is if you are going through a problematic time in your life, what are you going to do to release the tension that comes with it?
